Survey Shows 73% Of iPhone Customers Are Very Satisfied With ATT

Despite a very vocal group of detractors, the vast majority of iPhone users love AT&T.
That's the key finding in a survey released this week by Yankee Group, which reports that 73% of iPhone users are very satisfied with AT&T's service. That rating compares favorably to how non-iPhone smartphone users feel about AT&T, and even to how non-iPhone users feel about other wireless providers.

Report Claims Apple’s Relationship With AT&T Has Deteriorated Into A Loveless Celebrity Marriage

I've been following all of the iPhone 4 stuff since I got mine the day before release. I was able to replicate the signal issue. I also had the proximity sensor issue, causing inadvertent mute button pushing. There were a few other software issues I was experiencing so I consulted Apple at the Fifth Avenue store in New York.
