The iWork for iPad comes as three separate applications for Keynote, Pages and Numbers that bring all the functionalities of the desktop version to the iPad. One of the notable features is that the iPad version of iWork lets users work on tools through simple taps and finger gestures. The new version fixes a few bugs besides introducing a couple of significant additions. iPhone users on Skype version 1.3 can IM in the landscape mode. Also, the new version comes with a call quality indicator helping users decide the right time to call. All along, iPhone users had complained about the way search results were opened on Safari rather than from within the iPhone app. This release solves the navigational hurdle by making the search results open from inside the app itself.
