Five-Column Springboard is developed by Yanik Magnan. As the name suggests it simply adds a fifth column of app icons to iPhone ’s homescreen.
It is available for free on Cydia. You can follow these instructions to install Five-Column SpringBoard on your
Launch Cydia from your jailbroken iPhone ’s homescreen.

Aaron Ash, the developer of
has developed a tweak that will enable iPhone users to seamlessly scroll across several pages of apps on their Springboard. Called the 'SmoothBoard', this
primarily removes the lock that is present on the Springboard scrolling by default.
