In June this year, Apple made a number of changes to its privacy policy that led two federal legislators to question the company's motives. AT&T Kills Unlimited Data Plans For iPad; Replaces It With 2GB Plan

Currently iPad users in the US can opt for either the $29.99 per month unlimited data plan or the $14.99 per month 250 MB plan.
For new iPad customers, the $25 per month 2 GB plan will replace the existing $29.99 unlimited plan. iPad customers will continue to pre-pay for their wireless data plan and no contract is required.
However, they’ve clarified that existing iPad users can continue to stick to their unlimited data plans.
