Survey Shows AT&T iPhone Drop Call Rate More Than Twice Verizon iPhone

Based on the latest survey by market research firm – ChangeWave Research,
users are observing fewer dropped calls than AT&T’s iPhone 4 users.

iPhone’s Call Drop Rate of 30% is Considered Normal on AT&T Network in NYC

According to the report, the issue was first taken up with AT&T, and he was told that things were perfect from their end and it was probably a problem with his handset. The Apple Genius Bar at the SoHo Apple retail store who later tested his iPhone to find a drop call rate of 22% told him that this was pretty above average since the average drop call rate in the New York City area was close to 30%.
