App Store Changes: Improved Navigation On iPad, Chinese Yuan Now Accepted

reports that the App Store on the iPad was updated yesterday to include swiping. The “New and Noteworthy” and “Staff Favorites” sections now show page markers at the bottom of the page and users can swipe left and right to quickly navigate through pages of apps.

BackForwardList: Access Navigation History Via Back And Forward Buttons In Mobile Safari With This Jailbreak Tweak

One of the desktop Safari features that we miss in Mobile Safari for iPhone , iPad and iPod touch, is the back and forward navigation history, which allows you to jump directly to a URL from the list.
Currently in Mobile Safari, you can only go to the previous or the next webpage using the navigation buttons at the bottom. So if you want to go few webpages back, you need to keep tapping on the back button.

Google confirmed at a London press conference that it plans to bring free satnav to other smartphone platforms, including the iPhone , although it wouldn’t say when.
