Spirit works on all devices. (However, the redsn0w and PwnageTool flows will continue to work on those devices they’ve always worked on)
Spirit does not include a carrier unlock.
It will not be Mobile Safari based like the iPhone firmware 1.x version.

Currently iPad users need to send their documents to a computer to print them either via email or using iPad's new File Sharing feature in iTunes, which seems quite lame. Ideally users should be able to print the documents from the iPad itself.
