Attention all Line2 iPhone , iPod Touch, and iPad users:
Please do not upgrade to iOS version 4.2.
If you upgrade to iOS 4.2 and you are running Line2 in the background, the ringer will continue to ring even after an incoming call is answered. This affects Line2 as well as all other VoIP and social calling apps. (Note: If you do not use Line2 your Toktumi service will not be effected.)

Apple ’s online store in the US has been having major problems since it has been back up (it was down to prepare for the iPhone 4 pre-orders).
We’re hearing reports that AT&T internal network is also down.

French Carriers Announce Major Price Cuts for iPhone

with Apple last month, Orange is finally starting to get adjusted to competition. The carrier has announced massive discounts on some iPhone models. Accordingly, the 8GB
will now sell at €19, 16GB Orange
which was earlier priced at €149 is now available at only €59 while the 32GB iPhone 3GS model will now retail at €179. These prices come along with an Origami star contract starting at €40.90.

Apple had informed the Copyright Office that the exception
request by Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) was not acceptable as the very act of jailbreaking the iPhone results in copyright infringement.
i.e. modifying iPhone 's software could lead to major network disruptions. Apple has apparently filed these arguments on June 23rd in an attempt to to rebut a request to the Copyright Office by EFF that modifications to the iPhone 's software (more…)

Warning: Major Flaw with Push Notification Fix for Jailbroken iPhones

, which appeared to be broadcasting instant messages to random, unintended recipients, the issue is due to the Push Notification fix installed on a jailbroken iPhone as it uses the same UDID – Unique Device ID for the fix.
Due to this hard-coding, if you send a message to one of a user of a jailbroken iPhone who has installed the push notification fix then other iPhone users who had installed the fix also get the message.
