Apple uses slide to unlock patent in lawsuit against Galaxy Nexus

In October 2011, Apple won a patent detailing the method of sliding an onscreen mark to unlock the iOS operating system on a mobile device. Now, just four months later, Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus is coming under fire for violating that patent.

I think the merger with AT&T & T-Mobile is the smartest thing. Why? Its not because due to both companies use the same network and due to will expand it and making service stronger. Whoever says that is a load of crap. Verizon, AT&T Sprint, T-Mobile (and your other smaller cell phone companies) don’t own all of there own cell phone towers, they rent them from other carriers. LA Weekly is reporting that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Apple by a California resident. Donald LeBufn is angry that the glass casing of his new
broke after his daughter accidentally dropped it from a height of roughly 3 feet while sending a text message.
4’s design is defective but has failed to warn users that normal use could result in a broken phone.

AT&T Hit By Class Action Lawsuit For Overcharging iPhone Users For Data Usage
