Last week, we had told you that

reports that during today’s town hall meeting, Tim Cook announced that Apple employees will get $500 off on Macs and $250 off on iPads from June this year.
Cook announced that Apple employees will soon be given $500 discounts on purchases of new Macs and $250 discounts on purchases of a new iPad.

Apple has posted record revenue of $46.33 billion and net quarterly profit of $13.06 billion, or $13.87 per diluted share, compared to revenue of $26.7 billion and net quarterly profit of $6 billion, or $6.43 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter in Q1 2012. It is Apple ‘s highest revenue and earnings ever in a quarter.
