ultrasn0w upgraded to version 1.1-1 we've tweaked a few things that may help with standby battery life, you can upgrade via Cydia.
Ultrasn0w 1.1-1 can be installed from Cydia by

or earlier (upto iPhone OS 3.0).
Please add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia. That last “o” is actually the number zero “0”. If you use the letter “o” you’ll get an error.

Adobe’s CTO: We’re Working Hard to Improve Flash For Mac And Smartphones

Last week,
“I can tell you that we don't ship Flash with any known crash bugs, and if there was such a widespread problem historically Flash could not have achieved its wide use today.”
Based on Lynch’s comments in the interview, it does look like Adobe is making a sincere effort to improve flash for Mac and smartphones. He had this to say:

AT&T To Increase Infrastructure Spending in 2010 To Improve Its Network

Gearing up for these challenges, the company has said that it will be increasing its infrastructure spending by up to 10% this year. In a media release, AT&T has said that the invesments on wireline and wireless networks would be nearly $19 billion this year; up from the $17.3 billion that was invested last year. Apple’s New Touch Screen Technology Could Improve iPhone’s Battery Life

Presently, transparent touch sensors are laid over image displaying pixels in order to achieve the touch input functionalities without interfering with the display of images. However, Apple says this has a few potential disadvantages like adding weight and thickness to the display screens. Also thanks to the touch input overlay, the brightness of the images are also reduced.

Improve iPhone backup and restore times by managing your Camera Roll

The iPhone Camera Roll can cause increased backup and restore times in iTunes if not properly managed. It’s easy to mismanage the Camera Roll if you–like me–use it store media for showing later to friends or family. Apple did not intend the Roll to be used this way, however, and recommends that users use the Photo app, instead, for storing media you plan on showing off later.
