Few days back, a federal judge has ordered Samsung to handover samples of five of their unreleased, but allegedly infringing phones and tablets to Apple so that it could determine if it would like to seek an early injunction.

In the latest episode of the continuing saga of the long drawn legal battles between Nokia and Apple , the former has sued Apple in Europe for infringing upon 13 of its patents. The suits have been filed in the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands and each one of them relate to 13 different patents that Nokia says Apple has infringed upon and have been used in many of its popular products.
