Android captured a leading 44 percent of all mobile app downloads in the second quarter, according to ABI Research, surpassing Apple ‘s iOS, which grabbed 31 percent.

The Automatic Downloads feature can be enabled via the Store menu in Settings app (Settings –> Store).
When this feature is enabled, new music, apps and books that are purchased on any other iOS devices are automatically downloaded to the device over Wi-Fi or over 3G, without the need to sync them via iTunes.
You can enable or disable cellular data connection for this feature.
