Comcast has now released an updated version of their application that brings remote DVR functionality to the iPhone . With Comcast Mobile App 2.0, users will also be able to remotely search and schedule new recordings, cancel recordings as well update their DVR settings. Announcing the release on the company blog, Cathy Avgiris, Senior Vice President of Communications and Data Services at Comcast writes:
