Here’s the deal though man. Apple can do whatever they want with their own software. If they choose not to support past OS, there’s nothing anyone can do about it.  and 4th gen iPod touch, but seems to be currently available only via over-the-air updates so it is not clear what new features and improvements Apple has introduced in this version.
It has been almost a month since Apple released a new beta version for iOS 5.1.

Siri's dictation feature on the iPhone 4S.

Apple ‘s voice assistant, or at least its dictation feature, appears destined to end up on another iOS device besides the iPhone .

They’ve discovered a new section in the keyboard menu  called “About Privacy and Dictation”, which suggests that Apple is working on bringing Siri to iPad and possibly even iPod touch.
When opened, as shown above, the iPad provides the user with the standard legal literature and feature information for Siri Dictation.

When Apple releases a new iOS software update, one of the most interesting things to do was to go through the configuration files to find out references to future iOS devices.
