Couple of days back, we had reported that the US International Trade Commission (ITC) had ruled that 
 and had banned some HTC phones from April 2012.
At that time, we had noted that if HTC can work with Google to come up with an implementation of the feature without infringing on Apple ‘s patent or remove the feature completely then the ban on HTC products won’t have any effect.

While the rumors and speculations about Apple ‘s eagerly awaited fifth generation iPhone continues, Taiwanese publication -
reports that Foxconn – Apple ‘s manufacturing partner has already started producing 150,000 iPhone 5 units per day, with shipments expected to reach 5 to 6 million in September.
