Apple may view iOS jailbreakers as a thorn in its side. But the company credits some of those same people for finding certain security holes now fixed in iOS 7.1.

In a page describing the security issues corrected in Monday’s iOS 7.1, Apple gave the nod to evad3rs, the team responsible for the popular Evasi0n jailbreak. Specifically, the evad3rs were behind the discovery of four different security holes.
