Apple has just released iTunes 10.2.1.

The what’s new section is the same as iTunes 10.2, so it’s not clear what has changed:

The only explanation that we can think of is that Apple has probably fixed a critical bug introduced in iTunes 10.2.

or via Apple Software update. It is available for  Mac OS X 10.5 and higher and Windows (32-bit and 64 bit). iTunes 10.2.1 is approximately 78 MB in size for Mac and approximately 37 MB in size for Windows.
