Crazy Demand For iPhone 4 In China

there are two HDR icons within the SDK. As labeled, one is for the iPhone 4′s Retina Display, while the other is for an iPhone without a Retina Display. The iPhone 3GS is the only iPhone that is physically (hardware capabilities) able to capture HDR shots so we figure that non-Retina icon is for the 3GS not the original or 3G model.

Milan Broum, Software Engineer, Google Mobile Team announced the Google Goggles feature for the iPhone on the Google Mobile blog:
In the new version of Google Mobile App just tap on the camera button to search using Goggles. Goggles will analyze the image and highlight the objects it recognizes — just click on them to find out more.

3DeeCentral App Will Allow Users To Watch 3D Movies On Their iPhone, iPad And iPod Touch

Users also need a companion accessory called 3DeeSlide, which is a thin screen called 3DeeSlide that slides on to their iPhone or iPod Touch to watch the 3D content without wearing those funny 3D glasses.

iOS 4.2 Reveals Tethering Options For iPad

Programmer Paul Grave discovered the new tethering options in the settings after upgrading to iOS 4.2 beta 2 on his iPad 3G.
9to5Mac reports that the options appear onlyon European carriers and do not appear on iPad 3Gs running on AT&T’s network.
As you can see from the screenshot below, users can enter the APN network settings to tether iPad’s 3G data connection to a laptop.

iPadevice, an Italian website reports that they have observed speed improvements and more reliability in iOS 4.2 for iPad. They have also observed that the latest beta version uses fewer resources than the first beta version as seen in the chart below:
