ultrasn0w upgraded to version 1.1-1 we've tweaked a few things that may help with standby battery life, you can upgrade via Cydia.
Ultrasn0w 1.1-1 can be installed from Cydia by

or earlier (upto iPhone OS 3.0).
Please add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia. That last “o” is actually the number zero “0”. If you use the letter “o” you’ll get an error.
Then search for ‘ultrasn0w’ in Cydia and install ultrasn0w. This should successfully unlock your iPhone .
T-Mobile USA users should disable 3G before using ultrasn0w.
If you’ve already installed Ultrasn0w then launch Cydia and tap on changes to install the updated version.
Ultrasn0w 1.1-1 will also work with
3GS or iPhone 4.
Luckily, iPhone 3G users and iPod Touch 2nd generation (non-MC version) can use
