Apple Rumored to be Working With Verizon on New 4G iPhone

We would like to reiterate that we have not been able to verify the authenticity of this news. According to a report published on the FoneFrenzy website, Apple has been working with Verizon over the past few months in testing this new CDMA phone. The report also goes on to say that Verizon CEO, Lowell McAdam has been stopping over at Cupertino (a mere 8.5 miles from Mountain View) during his meetings with Google.
This does not gel with the fact that only recently, Verizon had launched DroidDoes, an
and promoting the new Motorola Droid. While DroidDoes.com website redirects to a subdomain of the Verizon site, folks at FoneFrenzy claim that Motorola was actually behind the ad campaign and not Verizon.
Nevertheless, this partnership makes terrific business sense for Apple . This would primarily help them launch iPhones on a 4G network which is ten times faster than 3G and which also offers better security. Verizon, as you would have known, is already building its 4G infrastructure that shall be launched by next year. With a 4G
